AIM Independent Living Center conducts 2012 Consumer Survey

AIM Independent Living Center is conducting a 2012 Consumer Survey to gain valuable information for needs assessment, planning, outreach, and funding opportunities. We have created a ten (10) question survey that can be accessed on Survey Monkey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YTR79Y5.
The results will be compiled and released in the upcoming months.

AIM encourages everyone to please take a moment to help us with the Survey.
