First Friday Art Club continues with an international theme on May 4. Discover the traditional Mexican folk art called Papel Picado, which means punched or perforated paper.
Join us again for First Friday Art Club on June 1 to learn how to make paper. Also learn how to dye it and add texture by using seeds and plant materials. First Friday Art Club is held from 3:30-5 p.m.
May 10 we’ll be teaching Nuno Felting with a Twist from 3:30-5 p.m. This is a fun textile art that makes use of soft wool and yarn to create pretty scarves that can make great Mother’s Day gifts.
Teen Cooking Club continues to be held the second Friday of the month from 3:30-5 p.m. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo May 11 with sweet and spicy flavors. Join us June 8 for Dairy Diner as we explore the best products from the pasture.
