Independent Living Skills Trainer

AIM is currently seeking an Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) to develop plans individually designed to improve the ability of our participants to live as independently as possible within the community. As a an ILST you will be responsible for the training, supervision of, or assistance to, an individual which may include:  medication management, task completion, communication and interpersonal skills, socialization, sensory and motor skills, mobility, community transportation skills, reduction/elimination of maladaptive behaviors, problem solving, money management, ability to maintain a household.

Qualifications include: OT, PT, RN, or related B.A. and exp. in Working with TBI. Must be flexible, able to work independently and willing to travel.
