Job Opportunity - Independent Living Skills Trainer (Per Diem)

AIM Independent Living Center - Corning, NY

Complete Independent Living Skills assessment and develop a goal plan with consumers to increase their ability to live independently in the community.

Qualifications:  Previous experience in TBI or NHTD as an ILST with a current NYS DOH certification is preferable or an individual with a high school diploma with 5 years experience or a BA degree with 2 years of experience completing functionally based assessments, developing a comprehensive treatment plan and teaching individuals with disabilities and/or seniors to be more functionally independent.
