Program Supervisor- Domestic Violence Program and Shelter

Arbor Housing and Development seeks a proven Leader to oversee the organizations Domestic Violence Program and 24-hour Shelter to ensure that the highest quality of service is delivered to victims of domestic violence and their families. Required competencies include grant writing, budget experience, public speaking, networking with internal and external constituents/stakeholders, supervising and developing staff, and adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, regulations, etc.

Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, along with five to ten years of program leadership experience.
