Rural Transportation Coordinator position opportunity

Job Title: Temp to Perm Rural Transportation Coordinator

Location: Southern Tier Office – Bath, NY

Full Time – 3 Month Assignment

Responsibilities: Provide transportation and administrative assistance to case management clients and staff in order to support positive health outcomes for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in Human Services preferred. Spanish speaking preferred. Schedule flexibility and ability to work evenings required. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.  Must have a reliable vehicle and meet the agency driving policy requirements for this position, including a valid NYS driver’s license and proof of required automobile insurance.
