Membership & donor engagement programs are the "bread and butter" for arts organizations everywhere, yet they are often seen as static and unchanging. For many organizations, membership is declining and new audience development is of paramount importance. In other cases, organizations are considering starting their own membership program. With stiff competition for consumer and donor dollars, there is a need to refocus and reenergize these programs. Although there is no "silver bullet" solution, join us for this pragmatic discussion on ways to strengthen your membership and donor programs and better leverage engagement to increase revenue, create partnerships and raise visibility.

This webinar is part of the NYSCA Statewide Organizational Development Services program provided by NYCON via our partnership with the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
