The 12th Annual Southern Tier Outdoors Show will be held on October 13-14, 2018 in Bath, New York! The show features an action-packed weekend of hunting and fishing demos/shooting expositions, gear tests and safety courses to showcase the range of outdoor recreation found in the Southern Tier of New York State.

The 2018 headliner is the high flying action of DockDogs, the independent governing and sanctioning body for dock jumping and dock diving canine performance sports. The competitions are open to any and everyone! So if you or anyone you know has a dog that likes the water, gets along with other dogs and enjoys a good “chew toy,” this event is for you.  There is even a Youth Handler class for those who are between the ages of 7-14.

This family friendly event offers a full weekend of contests and demonstrations to keep everyone entertained. Kids have the opportunity to win prizes with the indoor fishing pond or participating in the youth turkey calling contest, they can test their archery skills, exhibit their shooting skills on the laser course, and get up close and personal with birds of prey and a variety of exotic wildlife.

Coordinated by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County, visit the annual Southern Tier Outdoor Show one or both days for just $5 per person or $10 per car, and experience 150 vendors, professional classes, hands-on youth activities, demonstrations, and seminars  covering everything from fishing secrets to planting food plots.
