The Art of Coaching: Skills for Supervisors

January 25, 2018  9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

The single greatest performance influencer is coaching. Yet, it’s the most underdeveloped practice today. Though many supervisors can easily do their job requirements, few are comfortable and competent in the art of coaching. Coaching is a process that is intended to improve and support a person's development through feedback and individualized instruction.

Join Mike McDonald, seasoned professional coach, as he leads participants through a comprehensive training session. Begin the new year off right by improving your skills as a supervisor and motivating your team to achieve successful outcomes in 2018!

*Important Note* - Due to the popularity of this event we are currently looking for a larger location to host the training session. Please reserve your spot on the waiting list at the link below. If a new location is not available, you will have first priority for a second training session. A second session will not be necessary if we are able to secure a larger venue for the 25th. Thank you!
