2-1-1 Helpline is... a free and confidential information and referral service that provides easy access to current information about human services available in the Southern Tier of NYS.  Helpline  provides comprehensive information and referral services; Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and crisis referral 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week.

2-1-1 Helpline is used by...
