Position: Regional Director
Bridges For Brain Injury is a small non-profit organization dedicated to serving brain injury survivors and adults with disabilities. They are passionate about our mission to guide individuals from surviving a terrible tragedy or illness to rebuilding their lives and maximizing their independence. Their services help adults at risk of nursing home & institutional placement remain living in their own home and community.
Bridges For Brain Injury is currently seeking a highly focused, self-motivated candidate for a Regional Director position based at our fledgling Elmira satellite site. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, strong verbal, written and computer skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, self-prioritize and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
The Regional Director will be responsible for the daily operations of our structured day program and social adult services, supervising the program staff, as well as working on the goal to further develop services for the organization. This will include the development and implementation of our Wildlife Rockstar program, OPWDD Day Habilitation and Social Adult Day Services.
Education: Minimum Requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or similar field required.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience providing Functional Assessments, Behavioral Services or other services to individuals with disabilities; Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the Human Service field.
