Workforce Education, an initiative of State University of New York (SUNY) Corning Community College, announced their sponsorship of The Institute for Human Services Inc.'s upcoming annual nonprofit professional development conference, RECHARGE. This event is for all nonprofit professionals from the Southern Tier and across New York State. Participants include professionals from nonprofit organizations and those working with them; from front-line staff to executive management. SUNY Corning Community College's Workforce Education will sponsor IHS’ event with a $250 Gold Sponsorship.
Workforce Education of SUNY Corning Community College is dedicated to supporting economic growth and development in the region, providing consulting, workforce and professional development services and education to individuals and businesses. It provides consulting and training resources in customized business training, professional development courses, and free business counseling for entrepreneurs.

RECHARGE will be held on Wednesday, Mar. 20, 2019, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at Radisson Hotel Corning. It will be a day filled with motivation, inspiration, networking, tips, and tools to help nonprofit professionals recharge and leave feeling ready to take on the rest of the year at their organization. Conference session topics include IHS’ annual meeting, leadership, problem-solving your grants, managerial accountability and decision making, and more.
For those interested in attending RECHARGE, registration is available online at ihsnet.org. Early-bird registration ends January 31, which allows participants to save $10 on their ticket, while regular event registration will begin February 1 and end March 13.
