Operations and Data Specialist –
Pro Action is accepting applications for the full-time, benefit-eligible position of Operations and Data Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing support to agency Operations which includes the areas of Technology, Compliance, Human Resources and Facilities.
Responsibilities of the Operations and Data Specialist will include the compilation of data and reports using an online database; assisting in the preparation of reports to state, local and federal funders; compiling and analyzing customer satisfaction data; providing monitoring and analysis of service requests for technology support; and providing other support functions and completing projects for Operations as assigned.
The Operations and Data Specialist must have strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, community partners, vendors and customers. Must have good public speaking and presentation skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry. Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
This position requires an Associate Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business or a related field or a High School Diploma with at least 5 years of related experience. A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered. A valid driver’s license meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation are required for this position.
