On May 2, 2019, at the annual Resource Parent Appreciation Dinner the Pathways, Inc. Therapeutic Foster Care program awarded The Nichols Award, also known as the Resource Parent of the Year Award, to Ron and Susan Chilson of Dundee, NY. The Nichols Award honors a Resource Parent/Family for going above and beyond in working with children and families.
