10 – 11 am
Turning Point Hornell, a program of Catholic Charities Steuben, invites you to partner with them to make a difference in the fight against poverty and hunger throughout our area communities. Groups with uniforms welcome.
The one-mile walk will start in the Center Street Parking Lot near 20 Elm Street, and travel down Main Street. Registration is 9:30-10:00, and the walk is 10:00-11:00 am. Donations stay in this area.
This walk is meant to raise awareness and necessary funding to support emergency services for individuals and families that are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, have utility shut-offs, need food, health insurance, transportation, and who have other problems resulting from unemployment and poverty.
