EOP Head Start Program
8:00am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday from September to June at 8 different sites around Chemung County
Head Start Provides:
-a structured classroom setting

-referrals
-health screenings                            
-nutritional meals

Location:   Economic Opportunity Program, 650 Baldwin Street, Elmira, NY  14901

Please bring: your child's birth certificate, recent physical, and shot records and your income verification. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present to complete application.
