What is Fit and Strong Together?
Two and a half years ago, the Corning Hospital Community Outreach Committee took up the mantle of combating Childhood Obesity at the recommendation of the Women's Advisory Committee. At that time, Fit and Strong Together (FAST) was created. FAST is a collaborative of community organizations and individuals focused on improving childhood fitness and reducing childhood obesity.
