Limited Number of Slots Available for Spot Youth Program in Elmira

The Chemung County Youth Bureau has a limited number of openings available for the Spot - Summer 'Drop-In' Program. The program is free of charge to any adolescent twelve to fifteen years of age who resides in the Elmira City School District.

The program began July 2nd and will operate until Thursday, August 9th, Monday through Friday from noon to 6:00 pm in Brand and Pulaski Parks in the City of Elmira.  Registration is required and can be completed at the park sites. A birth certificate/proof of age is required for all registrations.
