Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan: NY Bridge Plan

A new Program called the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP), NY Bridge Plan in New York State, is now available. This plan is administered by Group Health Incorporated (GHI) at EmblemHealth company, and is a temporary statewide insurance pool for high risk individuals through January  2014.
