AmeriCorps Kids First Board Report-October 2010

The 2009/2010 AmeriCorps members and agencies wrapped up their successful service year activities in September. 

End-of-program-year training (Life After AmeriCorps and Using Education Award) was well received by departing members.

 For the current 2009/2010 program year 12  full-time, and 5 less-than-full-time members were still serving at local agencies at the end of last month, and have provided 37,684 hours of direct impact in the community.  In the 2008/2009 program year at the same time last year there were 15 full-time, and 3 less-than-full-time members serving at local agencies, and they had provided 34,876 hours of direct impact in the community.
