Steuben Coordinated Transportation

SCT provides transportation assistance to Steuben County's elderly and need who live at home and are in need of transportation help getting to medical appointments, groceries, or one-time trip to human service agencies.

The Transportation Staff will ask you a few questions about the purpose of the trip; your location; desired destination; and your ability to access public, private or other transportation services. The Transportation Staff will then refer you to the appropriate service or for qualified trips, arrange for a volunteer to assist with your transportation need.

While regular assistance is not available for recurring treatments such as dialysis or physical therapy, occasional or short term help may be available.
