Thank you for completing the following survey in order to vote in our newest 2021 Program Advisory Committee members. These members provide insight for program area staff and board members throughout the year based on their own expertise. If you would like to write in a nomination, please do so in the “other” section of the survey for each committee. You can access the survey at bit.ly/votecce2020.

The annual meeting is being held on the same day as FLXGives Day, a local 24-hour day focused on giving to a nonprofit that you love. At CCE-Steuben we are focusing on building a bathroom at the Steuben County Fairgrounds for our hard working 4-H members. The kids spend days at the show pavilion and barns during the summer grooming their animals and preparing their projects to showcase for the judges. Many of them have spent all year long preparing for this chance to earn a blue ribbon. They deserve a bathroom that is close to their stalls…one that is handicapped accessible…and safe! Won’t you help us raise money for this new facility? Visit bit.ly/buildthe4Hbathroom for more details. You cannot actually donate until November 13, but you can share the posts about this project that we post on our facebook page @CCESteuben every Friday, and you can visit the donation page now and set up your own fundraising page to help us share this project.

Cornell Cooperative Extension is a statewide network of non-profit Associations providing hands-on, research-based educational programs for farmers, families and youth to empower them to make a positive difference in their lives and communities. Our programs span every discipline like providing the latest research to assist our farmers with producing the best crops possible, offering financial budgeting assistance to families in need, teaching food stamp recipients how to best stretch their food dollar while eating healthier, and encouraging our youth through 4-H programs to be better citizens. You can view some of our programs on our website at www.PutKnowledgeToWork.org.
