Putting Knowledge to Work (And Play) at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County Annual Dinner Event
Thursday, December 5, 2019 in Bath, NY

Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County (CCE-Steuben) for a fun evening on Thursday, December 5 with TRIVIA led by Bob Smith of Bulldog Sounds DJ Services being the highlight of the night! They will be celebrating their yearly Friends of Extension, enjoying a tasty dinner, and bidding on some great auction gifts for the holidays. The evening program for their annual dinner meeting will be the team trivia event called “Putting Knowledge to Work (and Play).”  There will be prizes for the winners.

The dinner event will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on December 5 at the Steuben County Office Building Annex Conference Room, 20 East Morris St., Bath. Teams are invited to reserve their space by calling 607-664-2300 or online at bit.ly/ccetrivia. Teams of up to six persons will be accepted. The ticket price of $25 per person will include hors’doerves, an autumn harvest dinner provided by Annie’s Restaurant, and all the fun of the auction and Cooperative Extension events. Tickets can be reserved by calling 607-664-2300 or online at bit.ly/annualccedinner19.  Those reserving dinner tickets are not required to play trivia, but they may want to join in all the fun once they get there. Either way you will be learning some fun new facts.

This fundraising event benefits the four program areas of CCE-Steuben’s mission. Cornell Cooperative Extension is a statewide network of non-profit Associations providing hands-on, research-based educational programs for farmers, families and youth to empower them to make a positive difference in their lives and communities. Our programs span every discipline like providing the latest research to assist our farmers with producing the best crops possible, offering financial budgeting assistance to families in need, teaching food stamp recipients how to best stretch their food dollar while eating healthier, and encouraging our youth through 4-H programs to be better citizens. You can view some of our programs on our website at www.PutKnowledgeToWork.org.
