Learn what has changed in the new Power of Attorney law
New law takes effect June 13th
New York State recently changed the Power of Attorney Law and it will become effective June 13, 2021. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County is offering a brief online presentation on Tuesday, June 15 at 3:30 p.m. to learn about the new POA form, find out what has changed in the new law, and what is staying the same.
The free session will be led by Patrick Roth, Elder Law Attorney, CPA from Corning. There will also be time for any questions you may have.
