Online nutrition workshop to be offered January 27 and 28

Eating Healthy on a Budget, an online nutrition workshop, will be offered by SNAP-Ed New York on January 27 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. and on January 28 from 10:00-11:00 a.m.

SNAP-Ed NY Nutritionist Kelsey Monks will help adults learn everyday tricks for saving time and money at the store and in the kitchen. The workshop is free and each participant will receive a prize.
