Workshop: Three Secrets in Creating a Cooperative Workplace

Event Description: This interactive presentation will provide you with three secrets of culture-building that will help you confidently navigate the challenges of negativity while maximizing productivity in the workplace. You will learn what motivates people to do their best so they improve performance while increasing trust and therefore profits.
Presenter: Kate Sholonski is a professional speaker, leadership trainer and co-owner of Triumph Leadership Group. She and her partner, David Larson are experts in assisting businesses to create workplace cultures that are positive and profitable. She has co-authored two books, Heartfelt Leadership: Creating a Culture of Connection and Wide Awake: Three Minutes a Day to an Inspired Life.
