  •  On a typical day, the Receptionist interacts with coworkers from many different departments of Pro Action, welcomes and directs visitors to Pro Action, answers a multi-line phone system and transfers calls, receives and distributes incoming mail, and prepares outgoing mail.
  • The Receptionist maintains a clean and orderly Reception area and assists with a variety of office/clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, photocopying, and scheduling the use of meeting rooms.
  • Part Time Clerical Opportunity – Pro Action is accepting applications for a part-time Receptionist to work up to 20 hours per week at our Bath Office Building.
  • Requirements
  • This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.  The Receptionist should be good with the public and have strong customer service skills.  Excellent in-person and telephone communication skills are also required.  Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Must have a valid driver’s license meeting agency standards.
