  •  The Central Administrative Coordinator will implement and monitor operations for Central Reception including scheduling coverage for the front desk; the provision of outstanding customer service, both in-person and on the phone; use of a multi-line phone system; efficient management of incoming and outgoing mail and use of a postage machine; building access and safety for visitors; managing meeting room reservations for staff.
  • Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to the Executive Administration team and Board of Directors by scheduling, coordinating, and preparing space for meetings, preparing / distributing agendas, minutes, and other communication, and providing various types of clerical support as needed.  Maintaining an efficient filing system of central agency and Board of Directors records and documents will be required.
  • Central Administrative Coordinator – Pro Action is seeking a highly organized individual to work with our team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high priority tasks, to fill the role of Central Administrative Coordinator. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), benefit eligible position with paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year and a retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Requirements
  • This position requires an Associate Degree in Business or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will be able to meet multiple deadlines, work independently, communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, provide high quality customer service, and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.  Solid computer skills including accurate data entry are needed for this position.
