  •  This is a 37.5 hour per week position with benefits that include generous paid time off, paid holidays, medical insurance, and a retirement plan with employer contributions.  This position may require working occasional evenings.
  • As the Subsidy Processor, you will be responsible for validating and processing childcare provider attendance forms for monthly provider reimbursement.  You will provide technical assistance to parents and providers regarding time sheet processing claims and procedures and perform other administrative duties.
  • Child Care Subsidy Processor – Pro Action’s Child Care Aware® of Steuben and Schuyler program is accepting applications for the position of Subsidy Processor.
  • Requirements
  •  The Subsidy Processor must have strong mathematical/accounting and computer skills, be proficient in accurate data entry, have strong analytical skills and be focused on solutions and decision making.  Should also have knowledge of childcare subsidy regulations.  Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate well over the phone are required for this position.  Must be a dependable team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
