The Institute for Human Services, Inc. (IHS) is a nonprofit advocate serving the Southern Tier. Our goal is to support our member organizations through:

Capacity building, governance, and operations support
Strategic collaboration & communication between member and nonmember organizations
Professional development and conferences aimed at organizational sustainability
Coordination of programs and services that enhance the capacity for other organizations

IHS reacts to the needs of our members by providing local, low-cost, and relevant professional development opportunities. IHS Educational services, in combination with NYCON educational opportunities, provides a comprehensive approach to education.
