On September 14, 1965, Pro Action of Steuben and Yates, Inc. was incorporated, created to serve the specific needs of communities on a local level and signed into law under the Economic Opportunity Act by President Lyndon B. Johnson. For 55 years our agency has tirelessly worked to fulfill our mission of building communities of resilient individuals and families who can meet their basic needs, overcome adversity, and prosper.

Corning Rotarians Volunteer with Salvation Army’s Shepherd’s Table

Members of the Rotary Club of Corning continue to serve the critical needs of our local community during the pandemic, as evidenced by the Club’s recent partnership with the Salvation Army for its “Shepherd’s Table” community service event. They prepared and packed 55 meals for members of the community.
