The vision behind the Southern Tier Women’s Financial Conference is to gather a diverse group of women to not just learn, but to share their financial and life experiences. This one-day conference was established because there is a need to empower and educate women in our area about financial matters. Statistically women are a powerful financial force! Many women serve as chief financial officers of their households, and we want to make sure these women are prepared for this position. Professional women have been invited to lead the conference on a broad array of financial issues, such as budgeting, credit, investing, retirement, social security and identity theft.

To join other women as we learn how to improve our mind, body, and checkbook, register for the conference at The cost is $25 per person (ages 16 and up) if registered by September 25 and includes lunch, networking, conference materials, and conference gift. Each attendee will receive a deck of Syble Solomon’s Money Habitude cards as a gift. There will also be door prizes and exhibitors.

For additional financial information, sign up for the conference’s short monthly email highlighting current money topics such as dealing with cash flow, navigating the digital world, stress and anxiety, and other topics crucial to women.  Sign up for Money Moments by visiting STWFCMoneyMoments.
