Care Management Platform Update
Two new data partners, Cortland County Health Department and Dr. Adam Law,  have gone live and are sharing demographic and Social Determinates of Health information into Medecision. A third partner, REACH Medical, is expected to go live soon.

Work has begun with two tenant organizations, Seven Valleys Health Coalition and Binghamton YWCA. They are expected to be live by the end of March 2021.

Care Compass Network Compliance is thrilled to offer a new, virtual Compliance training to our Community Based Organization (CBO) partners!

Your associates can complete this training at their own pace, or it can be delivered as a group to your entire organization in a staff meeting!

The following Compliance topics are included:
✓   Fraud, Waste, & Abuse
✓   HIPAA
✓   Conflict of Interest
✓   Telework Security

Prior to launching this training to all CBO partners, a CCN CBO partner participated in a pilot program to complete this training and provide feedback. Below you will find some results of this pilot and a few exciting testimonials from the participants!
➢   27 CBO staff members participated in the virtual training module
➢   The average course completion time was 40 minutes
➢   On average, almost 85% of participants thought the course materials were of high quality, the information was useful, and the knowledge learned could be applied to their daily work!

Look what some participants had to say about the training…

“I liked being able to set my own pace and do it on a non-Zoom format”

“It provided beneficial tips and great examples.”

“It was easy to follow and I liked that I could pause and start where I left off.”

“I appreciated the material being focused, but in a broad way to be meaningful to all participants”

“HIPAA training doesn’t get that much more exciting!”

“Variety of different modules kept it from getting boring”

Are you looking to provide Compliance training to your staff? CCN Compliance will be happy to provide information to get your organization started with this new training opportunity! Please contact Cathy Petrak, Compliance Program Coordinator at cpetrak@carecompassnetwork.org to get started.
