Wellness GIFTS seeks Board Members

Wellness GIFTS, Inc. is growing its volunteer Board of Directors! As a non-profit organization that provides retreats for families with individuals with developmental disabilities, the Board plays an active role in ensuring adherence to our mission to provide families with respite, recreation, and rejuvenation, as well as supporting the development of the organization as we forge into the future. GIFTS was founded in Bath, NY but serves over 10 counties. This year, GIFTS is celebrating its 20th year of camping retreats by branching out to new spaces and new places beyond its historical home in Bath.

To help us grow, we want YOU – someone who is committed to helping people with special needs. Meetings are held monthly via Zoom and current members span from Buffalo/Rochester to Elmira and beyond. GIFTS is currently seeking individuals to diversify our board with knowledge, skills, or interests in the areas of law, finance, human resources, fundraising, arts & crafts, higher education, physical and/or occupational therapy, and more!
