Obesity and food insecurities are directly related to long term health complications related to prediabetes, diabetes, and heart disease among many other chronic diseases and conditions. Unfortunately, a lot of times, obesity starts with childhood and follows through to adulthood. Help is available to stop the cycle, and help our children live happy, healthy lives!
