It has been so long since we have been able to share what is happening at the Dormann Library. It’s good to be back! At this time, we are offering curbside pickup of our materials. If you have any questions about how it works, feel free to call the library at 607-776-4613 or check out our Facebook page or website. We hope to have news very soon about when the library will be open for in-person service. Please feel free to start returning any library materials that you have had since March in our drop box.

In case you were wondering about our Summer Learning Program, the 2020 Quarantine Edition, is starting! Since we are not able to gather in-person, we are using other forms of technology to stay in touch. We are using an app called READsquared to register participants (kids, teens, and adults) for the reading portion of the program. This app allows for games and puzzles to be unlocked the more that you read. There might even be some opportunities to win some prizes, too!

We are will be featuring video content for kids Monday through Friday from Monday, July 13 to Friday, August 21 featuring the awesome Page Turner Adventures group. You can request to join our private Facebook group to receive the passwords to view materials. Miss Kathleen will be offering Storytime on Fridays (look for that on Facebook). You can watch some great concerts from some very talented performers (that will appeal to all ages!) from the comfort of your own home, too. You can also check out our radio story times for kids at 9:00am on WABH 1380Am or 100.3FM on Saturday mornings through August 15.

The best place to stay informed about programs at the Dormann Library is through our social media accounts. Don’t hesitate to call us or email us at Bath@stls.org if you have any questions.
