IT Support Specialist
Full time position, Day shifts (occasional flexibility)
Corning, NY (occasional travel to remote sites)
General Summary of Duties:
Responsible for supporting agency technology. Duties include configuration, installation, and support of PC hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide end user support and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is desired.
- Associates or specialty certification (MCSA, MCSE, or CCA or other relevant certification) plus a minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a technical environment would be acceptable in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have vehicle for transportation.
